General Terms of Sale

1. Seller

The seller is ICE RACING KART di Rigotti Adriano, based in Via di Prusa 20, 38078 San Lorenzo Dorsino (TN), Italy — VAT No. 02469580225 — Tax Code RGTDRN81S21L174J. Contact: loylightonyou2@gmail.com.

2. Products and Prices

The products for sale, their essential characteristics and prices are indicated on the relevant product pages on the site. Prices are shown in Euro (€) and are VAT included. Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately before the order is completed. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown at the time the order is placed.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The contract is concluded when the seller sends the order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer. The customer must verify the accuracy of the data entered and keep a copy of the confirmation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (supported credit cards, debit cards and wallets). The seller does not process or store card details. The order is fulfilled only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is carried out by courier to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and run from the time the order is taken in charge. Once shipped, the customer receives via email the courier's name and the tracking code to follow the delivery status.

In the event of delays not attributable to the seller (force majeure events, courier service disruptions) the seller cannot be held liable.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send an explicit communication to loylightonyou2@gmail.com indicating your details and order number. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, within 14 days of the communication. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

The refund of the amount paid — including any standard shipping costs — will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Legal Warranty of Conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to have conformity restored through repair or replacement or, alternatively, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be sent to loylightonyou2@gmail.com. Pursuant to EU Regulation 524/2013, the consumer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy, pursuant to Art. 66-bis of the Consumer Code.
